Justification:
This theme conveys that Gates is much more than a parts company—that it is, in effect, a business partner. This position is accomplished by focusing on the people who inhabit the supply chain, their needs and desires for success, and how Gates can help them achieve these goals through relationship building, knowledge and customer support.

We’re saying: “When you choose Gates, you can make one good decision that acts as a catalyst for more good things to come.”

The creative style uses a muted red hue derivative of the current Gates look, and introduces a muted blue that compliments skin tones. Photography is critical to the success of this theme—these
must be real people in real environments, close up and friendly in style and with a copy tone that includes a bit of human-element humor mixed in.
